Shipping & Handling Policy

Free Shipping PAN India on all domestic orders.

Domestic Orders: In-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Backorders take 3–4 weeks. You will get a tracking code by email once your order ships.

International Orders: Volumetric-weight based shipping charges apply (displayed at checkout). Dispatch timeline is similar (2–3 days for in-stock, 3–4 weeks for backorders). Duties/taxes or customs charges at destination are the customer’s responsibility.

We ship one order per shipping address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders. Shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Delivery is door-to-door only (no PO Box). Courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times and may contact you via phone/email.
