Refund

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation.

Please check the product detail page to determine if an item is returnable. Items that do not fall under returnable categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply, so please read each product’s return policy carefully.

Once your return is received and approved, we will credit the refund amount to your jasminum.in account as store credits. Refunds usually reflect within 4–5 business days from the day we receive your returned item.

Items purchased during sales and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

Custom duties, sales taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable. International shoppers may claim duty refund from their local customs authority where applicable.

Exchange

We currently do not allow exchanges as our products are made on order. If the wrong size was ordered, we can provide free alteration. However, you must bear shipping charges.

Wrong / Damaged Product Delivered

Our Quality Assistance Team checks each item before dispatch, so damage is rare. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

After assessment, we may offer a refund, repair, or replacement. Refunds may take up to **14 working days** depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns

Eligible items must be returned within 10 days of receipt unless stated otherwise. Returns beyond this period may be accepted at our discretion.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Items must be returned in original packaging including hangers, tags, boxes, dust bags, etc.

If approved, you will receive an RMA number and shipping label by email.

Cancellation

Jasminum.in accepts order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the cancellation request is processed, refunds may take up to 14 business days.
